Log into your Acon account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the sports gear in its original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
